1. What is personal data?

3. How long do we keep your personal data

We never keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the respective purpose.

Your personal data is saved for three (3) years or until you as a customer have chosen to actively delete your information. After that, only information that is necessary based on the Accounting Act will be saved.

As a customer, you have the right to receive information free of charge once a year - upon written request to us at the above address - about what personal data we have registered about you and how this data is used. You also have the right to request that we correct or delete incorrect information about you.

You also have the right as a customer to request to be forgotten and thus deleted from our systems. However, necessary personal data such as name and address remain in our business system to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act. However, data such as telephone number, e-mail address, IP address are deleted.

We also want to inform you that marketing that is linked to your browser and which is cookie-based, you must disable in your browser settings.

Email info@hamphi.com and write clearly that Hamphi should delete all data about you as a customer. You will then receive a written response that the action has been taken. Please note that in connection with you as a customer being forgotten in our systems, it is up to you as a customer to prove a possible previous purchase.

7. What are cookies and how do we use them?
